GOSEN INFERNO Series
An Unprecedented Hit in the Badminton World

GOSEN INFERNO badminton racket series became an unprecedented hit in the badminton industry and was the subject of an article in a Japanese economic newspaper.  Why is INFERNO so popular, and what kind of high performance does it have?

Why INFERNO?

Reason #1. Suggested by Manufacturing Team
-Brilliant Idea and Disregard for Developing Cost-

In developing a better badminton racket, it was necessary to abandon the conventional materials & design and take a completely different development approach. INFERNO was created from a 3D drawing of a concept model suggested by the GOSEN Manufacturing Team instead of the GOSEN Developing Team.

A design that is too unique is usually rejected as too much time and cost-consuming to develop. However, development managers put their heart and soul into creating the best product without regard to time or cost.

Why INFERNO?

Reason #2. INFERNO Frame
-A Result of Pure Innovation-

A special structure that combines strength, power, and control.

Frame Strength
Apply a load of 20 kg to the frame and measure its displacement. It affects the tension strength and the durability of the racket.

Torsional Strength
Maximum torsional strength of the entire racket. Affects maximum power on hard hits.

Surface Stability
The angle when the entire frame is twisted with a load of 3 kg. Affects shot controllability.

Why INFERNO?

Reason #3. INFERNO Material
-A Result of Nano Precision-

Excellent Strength
The carbon sheet produced by the PYROFIL All-Hot Melt Manufacturing Method is covered with resin up to each carbon fibre, and the bonding strength of the carbon fibre is strong.
Since the carbon fibre of conventional products is not covered with resin, the bonding strength is weak.
These differences show up as a clear difference in racket performance.

Clear Shot Feeling
While the conventional product diffuses the impact and the spread is not constant, the PYROFIL All-Hot Melt Manufacturing Method has a high bonding force of the carbon fibres, so the impact spreads evenly in a circle.
It can be seen that the GOSEN racket manufactured by the all-hot melt manufacturing method has no unpleasant vibration and realizes a clear shot feeling.

Why INFERNO?

Reason #4. INFERNO Verified at the T+0.003 Sec
-The Best Power Transfer Efficiency-

Test
0.003 seconds after the shuttle was released, the INFERNO frame and shaft had returned to their original shape, powering the shuttle and pushing it to sink.
Since the carbon fibre of conventional products is not covered with resin, the bonding strength is weak.
These differences show up as a clear difference in racket performance.
